1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlqq ("jlqq," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlqq website located at jlqq.asia and all related services, games, features, and content offered through the platform (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing the Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any jlqq Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, as well as jlqq's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective as of the date indicated above and supersede all prior versions. jlqq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jlqq Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident of the Republic of the Philippines or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is lawful;
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, a voluntary exclusion, or any other restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming activities;
• You have not previously had a jlqq account terminated for violation of these Terms;
• You are of sound mind and are capable of understanding and accepting these Terms.

jlqq reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds held in the account.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the jlqq Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly in the event of any change. You represent and warrant that all information provided to jlqq is truthful and not misleading. The use of fictitious names, false dates of birth, borrowed identity documents, or any other form of misrepresentation is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jlqq operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process to comply with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Common acceptable Philippine IDs include UMID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS, PhilHealth, Voter's ID, and Postal ID.

jlqq may place limitations on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay pending successful KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be suspended.

3.4 Account Currency

All jlqq accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, bets, wins, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso. No currency conversion is applied to account transactions.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlqq account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on any other platform;
• Not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account when accessing the Platform on shared or public devices;
• Notify jlqq immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

jlqq will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized account access resulting from your negligence. Any wagers or transactions made through your account prior to notification of unauthorized access will be deemed valid and binding.

jlqq implements 256-bit SSL encryption on all login and transaction pages, device-based OTP verification for new or unrecognized devices, and automated anomaly detection for suspicious login patterns. However, these measures do not substitute for your own responsibility to maintain account security.

5 Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlqq accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time, and the current list of accepted methods is available on the Deposit page of the Platform.

5.2 Deposit Minimums and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking business day to credit, depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.

5.3 Personal Funds Requirement

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your jlqq account are lawfully earned personal funds belonging to you and are free from any claim or encumbrance. You must not deposit funds originating from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful source. jlqq reserves the right to report suspicious deposit activity to appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5.4 Deposit Limits

jlqq offers voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) as part of its responsible gaming tools. You may set or reduce these limits at any time from your account dashboard with immediate effect. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within banking hours and generally complete within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Verification

jlqq may require completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may also be required to verify the payment method to which funds are being withdrawn. Withdrawal requests will not be processed to payment methods other than those previously used to fund the account, or methods that have been verified under the same account identity.

6.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings not derived from real-money wagers.

6.4 Unclaimed Balances

Account balances that remain dormant (with no login or transaction activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule available on the Platform. jlqq will make reasonable efforts to notify you of impending inactivity fees before they are applied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Promotion Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers available on jlqq are subject to individual terms and conditions published with each offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents with verified jlqq accounts who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the relevant promotion. jlqq reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free play promotions carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, qualifying games, and time limits applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated unmet wagering winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

jlqq employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multiple account creation to claim bonuses more than once, collusion between players to exploit bonus structures, use of low-risk betting strategies designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine engagement, and any other conduct that jlqq determines at its reasonable discretion constitutes an abuse of the bonus system. Confirmed instances of bonus abuse will result in immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap for each promotion is specified in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.

8 Gaming Rules

All games available on the jlqq Platform are subject to the rules published by the respective game provider as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game's rules on a matter of general platform policy, these Terms shall prevail. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jlqq's decision on the validity of that round is final.

jlqq uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology across all applicable game titles. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real time and are governed by the physical outcome of each round as transmitted via live video stream. Return-to-Player ("RTP") figures for each game are available within the respective game's information panel.

jlqq reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction that results from a technical error, game malfunction, software bug, incorrect odds display, or any other error that results in outcomes that would not have been achievable under normal operating conditions. jlqq will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and refund original wager amounts in such circumstances.

9 Prohibited Conduct

In connection with your use of the jlqq Platform, you agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with or derive advantage from the Platform;
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or any of its associated systems;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering;
• Using the Platform in a manner that facilitates third-party money laundering or financial crime;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any other person;
• Engaging in any conduct that jlqq determines, in its reasonable discretion, to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

jlqq reserves the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all bets and transactions associated with such conduct, and to withhold and/or forfeit any balances held in such accounts pending investigation and in accordance with applicable law.

10 Responsible Gaming

jlqq is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps that the player sets voluntarily and the Platform enforces automatically;
• Session Reminders: Notifications that alert the player after a specified duration of continuous gameplay;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary self-imposed pauses on account activity from 24 hours up to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, which takes immediate effect upon request and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months;

jlqq will not market to or in any way encourage continued play by any player who has self-excluded or is subject to a voluntary exclusion. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by creating new accounts; any such accounts found to be linked to a self-excluded player will be closed immediately.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the jlqq Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and the selection and arrangement thereof — is the property of jlqq or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jlqq intellectual property. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of jlqq intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlqq's total cumulative liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your jlqq account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunities, or any damages resulting from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, third-party system failures, or Force Majeure events beyond jlqq's reasonable control.

jlqq makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free of harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jlqq account at any time by contacting jlqq customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13.2 Termination by jlqq

jlqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account without prior notice in the event that: you breach any provision of these Terms; your account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; your KYC verification fails or reveals inaccurate information; or jlqq reasonably determines that continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

13.3 Balance on Termination

In cases of account termination for cause (including fraud, terms violation, or failure to complete KYC), jlqq may withhold and void account balances pending investigation. Where termination is unrelated to misconduct, real-money balances will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any jlqq Service that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jlqq operates under the framework established by PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the primary gaming regulatory authority in the Philippines. Regulatory complaints relating to jlqq's compliance with Philippine gaming laws may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

15 Amendments to These Terms

jlqq reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlqq will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notification on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the jlqq Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
